Methodos Labs is developing research infrastructure to investigate relationships between clinical needs, biological mechanisms and engineering principles. Our focus spans materials, devices and tissue–machine interfaces, with the aim of connecting evidence across disciplines to formulate testable research hypotheses.
Current stage
Methodos Labs is in early development. Our initial work focuses on building a structured knowledge base of material properties, mechanical behavior and biological responses at tissue–machine interfaces. Recorded properties and findings are linked to their original sources, preserving the conditions and context in which they were reported.
The initiative builds on the scientific literature infrastructure developed for OrthoArchives, a research platform focused on orthopedics.
